AdaptED Strategies was founded by Laura Poundstone, a dedicated expert with over two decades of experience in special education, behavioral support, and disability services. With a background in Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology and a Master’s in K-12 Moderate-Intensive Education, Laura has worked across residential settings, county boards, and school districts—gaining firsthand insight into the challenges educators and support staff face every day.
